Hi,
My name is Manasee Desai. I’m a Vice President at ideas42 and I work primarily on international financial inclusion. I also help run the BHub. I’m passionate about designing solutions to help build the financial health of underserved communities. I hope to learn from the rich network of behavioral scientists on BHub, and from those of you working around the world to solve important social issues.
I’m curious what folks find useful, or not that useful, on this site.

Hi, I am Ken Donnelly. I live in Canada and work in behaviour change across North America, and sometimes beyond. I develop behaviour change programs mostly in the environmental and health sectors. I also conduct training on behaviour change in the hopes that it will encourage more people to apply behavioural psychology principles to increase the effectiveness of their programs. Currently, I am mostly working on Invasive Species programs, but I have enjoyed working on a broad range of topic areas for the past 25 years.
I also publish a weekly email newsletter on behaviour change. I like the idea of this website so I will be sure to promote it in next week’s edition.

Hi,
I am Rohan Kawley from India. I am a 26 year old working with Chief Minister’s Office in State Government of Maharashtra as a Chief Minister’s Fellow. I and few of my colleagues are working on assisting the broader Government to adopt Behavioural Insights for their existing policies & services to enable them to reach last mile. We believe that the rich knowledge repository of around a decade of applying Nudge & other aspects of Behaviour Science by good people like you all will be extremely helpful as India works on integrating this approach for long term. Also, our objective is to use these learnings and collaborate with like minded institutions, universities & individuals around the globe to solve problems of Developing Countries and contribute to the growing field of Behavioural Insights for Good.
Look forward to learning from you all.

Hi I’m Olivia, behavior change researcher at RTI International in our Center for Communication Science. We’re based in NC, but I telework from Maine. I do a lot of work in informed decision making, particularly around health and wellness, but am working more and more in financial decision making. I’m very interested in how we can better infuse behavior change theory into technology driven solutions to social challenges. Also very important to me is making sure the work I do is grounded in human centered design. I love learning about what makes people tick, and how I can improve their daily experiences.
